This project is major overhaul of the interior of an dated house with a small budget.

The existing small kitchen is transformed into a spacious and open kitchen with ultra-modern and sleek Miele cabinet and appliances. The Powder room is completed remodelled.

A new bathroom, laundry and study area are created from an existing bedroom. The master bathroom is completely rejuvenated with a more efficient walk-in closet installed.
