This service centre and administrative office is the quintessence of seamless integration of barrier-free design with daily office and service centres functions in style and elegance.

Each staff and visitors enjoy daylight and views from the smart space configuration with the use interior windows to take full advantage of each exterior window on the property. This provides a constant connection with nature, reducing stress for both the visitors and staff. Coupled with the use of natural light and views, clear and straightforward circulation paths are planned to provide easy orientation for visitors and staff to navigate in the centre.

Security measures are tactfully and inconspicuously incorporated into the design to create a warm and delightful space. Custom-designed millworks are created to enhance daily operations and further facilitate barrier-free access. Vandal-proof film is applied to all exterior glass.
