RESPONSIBILITIES

Mr. Shih is the Principal responsible for design, coordination, construction documents, permit application, code review and contract administration. His multi-faceted experience in a wide range of buildings and his international exposure provides him with the credentials of guiding complex projects through to their delivery in accordance to the design intent and project budget.
