RESPONSIBILITIES

Mr. Shih is the Principal responsible for design, coordination, construction documents, permit application, code review and contract administration. His multi-faceted experience in a wide range of buildings and his international exposure provides him with the credentials of guiding complex projects through to their delivery in accordance to the design intent and project budget. His passion for design excellence, sustainability, attention to detail in the past 23 years permeates in each project he undertakes.
